Un b\u00e9mol cependant, les radars-tron\u00e7ons ne fonctionne pas.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tunnel L\u00e9opold II, rebaptis\u00e9 tunnel Annie Cordy, a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9 en mai de cette ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s une <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilite-mobiliteit.brussels\/nl\/projecten\/annie-cordytunnel\">r\u00e9novation  spectaculaire.<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais la limite de vitesse de 50 km\/h y est rarement respect\u00e9e. L'absence de radar-tron\u00e7on signifie une conduite plus rapide, un risque accru d'accidents et davantage de gaz d'\u00e9chappement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toute personne vivant \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 ou passant devant les bouches de tunnel (par exemple \u00e0 Sainctelette ou Charles-Quint) respire un air vici\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Il y aura des consultations pour l\u2019entr\u00e9e en fonction des radars-tron\u00e7ons. Bruxelles Mobilit\u00e9 a engag\u00e9 un nouveau collaborateur \u00e0 cet effet. Dommage que cela ne commence que maintenant, cinq mois apr\u00e8s l'ouverture du tunnel. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, les radars-tron\u00e7ons \u00e9taient pr\u00e9vus m\u00eame avant la r\u00e9novation mais ils ne sont jamais entr\u00e9 en service. Pour cela, un accord \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire entre les bourgmestres de Koekelberg et Molenbeek et la R\u00e9gion. Cet accord ne s'est jamais concr\u00e9tis\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents bourgmestres(lib\u00e9raux) de Koekelberg et Molenbeek ont fait de l'obstruction. Les nombreuses amendes surchargeraient les forces de police. Aucune amende n'a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 dress\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai <a href=\"http:\/\/www.parlement.brussels\/weblex-quest-det\/?lang=nl&amp;moncode=156688&amp;base=1&amp;taal=nd\">question parlementaire <\/a>quelle \u00e9tait la situation actuelle en mati\u00e8re de radars-tron\u00e7ons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sa r\u00e9ponse : <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La consultation sera entam\u00e9e d\u00e8s que le nouveau collaborateur sera entr\u00e9 en fonction chez Bruxelles Mobilit\u00e9. En effet, Bruxelles Mobilit\u00e9 a recrut\u00e9 un responsable de la politique de contr\u00f4le et de sanction. <\/li><li>L'\u00e9quipement install\u00e9 mais qui n'a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 a besoin d'un contr\u00f4le, par exemple pour v\u00e9rifier si les emplacements exacts de l'installation sont toujours corrects d'un point de vue technique. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Premi\u00e8res consid\u00e9rations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La consultation sur les radars-tron\u00e7ons commence cinq mois apr\u00e8s l'ouverture du tunnel. Beaucoup de temps a \u00e9t\u00e9 perdu. <\/li><li>Bruxelles Mobilit\u00e9 est en sous-effectif depuis des ann\u00e9es et sa charge de travail est tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Ainsi, des dossiers importants (tels que la politique de contr\u00f4le et de sanction) restent en suspens.<\/li><li>De m\u00eame, il aurait fallu v\u00e9rifier plus t\u00f4t si les installations de contr\u00f4le d'itin\u00e9raire existantes sont encore utilisables.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une issue positive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La bonne nouvelle est que Koekelberg et Molenbeek ont de nouveaux bourgmestres depuis 2018.
