Que m\u2019ont apport\u00e9 toutes ces auditions ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La commission vient trop tard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il aurait mieux valu organiser ces grandes audition en amont de la nouvelle ordonnance taxi. Car les discussions portent essentiellement sur les nouvelles r\u00e8gles. Quels desideratas ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tenus en compte ? Qui sera en mesure de servir le march\u00e9 ?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La commission s'est peu int\u00e9ress\u00e9e au lobbying proprement dit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uber mis en cause<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uber \u00e9tait dans l\u2019erreur dans ses premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, cela ne fait aucun doute. Ils ont essay\u00e9 de concurrencer tout le monde, a men\u00e9 ses affaires de mani\u00e8re t\u00e9m\u00e9raire et parfois ill\u00e9gale. Mais ils ne distribuaient pas de cadeaux aux ministres. D'ailleurs, les efforts de lobbying d'Uber n'ont rien donn\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rien \u00e0 reprocher \u00e0 Pascal Smet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n'y a rien \u00e0 reprocher \u00e0 Pascal Smet, ministre de la Mobilit\u00e9 en 2014-2019. Il a entendu tous les partis, l'industrie du taxi et les chauffeurs LVC. Et n'a re\u00e7u aucun cadeau de qui que ce soit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les licences seront encore difficiles \u00e0 obtenir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La nouvelle loi sur les taxis est en place, mais les arr\u00eat\u00e9s d'ex\u00e9cution - qui fixent notamment le nombre total de licences, le numerus clausus - se font attendre. Cela va encore provoquer des tensions car il s\u2019agit \u00e9videmment d\u2019un gagne-pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La comp\u00e9tence sur les taxis appartient au ministre de la Mobilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette l\u00e9gislature a vu l'arriv\u00e9e d'une nouvelle loi sur les taxis. Mais comme il s'agissait d'un dossier tr\u00e8s sensible, le Ministre-Pr\u00e9sident s'en est charg\u00e9 lui-m\u00eame.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or, c'est \u00e0 l'administration de Bruxelles Mobilit\u00e9 qu'il incombe d'appliquer et de mettre en \u0153uvre la loi. Cette approche n'est donc pas id\u00e9ale.
